Supporting our schools. Connecting our community.

ABOUT GSPIE

Grade School Partners in Education (GSPie) supports educational and social enrichment opportunities for students, families and staff at Bridges and Grand Avenue Elementary Schools.

Through fundraising, school and family programs, community partnerships and volunteer support, GSPie helps provide resources and experiences that strengthen our schools.

OUR MISSION

Grade School Partners in Education (GSPie) is committed to supporting educational and social enrichment opportunities for the students, families, and staff of Bridges and Grand Avenue Elementary Schools.

HOW GSPIE WORKS

A partnership that makes a difference.

GSPie is a group of parents, caregivers, school staff and community members who work together to support our elementary schools.

We collaborate with school leadership to help identify needs, provide resources and create opportunities that enhance the school experience for students, families and staff.

Parents and caregivers of children at our schools are already part of GSPie. There are no dues or required volunteer hours. Everyone is welcome to attend meetings, share ideas, lend a hand or simply stay connected.

WHY FUNDRAISING MATTERS

Fundraising helps make it possible.

Fundraising is an important part of how GSPie is able to reach our goals.

Funds raised through GSPie help make educational opportunities, staff appreciation, family social events, technology, and school-wide and playground resources possible.

We aim to make fundraising feel connected to our schools and community. Our annual fun runs are a great example: they bring students, families and staff together while raising funds with the support of local businesses and community sponsors. Many of those sponsors are GSPie parents, Sauk Prairie alumni and neighbors who continue to invest in our schools.

Smaller programs throughout the year also give families ways to participate while providing something useful or enjoyable in return, like our Great Wolf pass partnership and Square1 Art holiday fundraiser.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND GSPIE

Board members are elected at the end of the prior school year when a term is finished. Board members are volunteers.

A LITTLE HISTORY

Rooted in community since 1997.

GSPie has been bringing Sauk Prairie families and schools together since 1997.

Over the years, the programs and needs may have changed, but the purpose has remained the same: supporting our schools through strong relationships, shared ideas and a commitment to our students, families and staff.

GET INVOLVED

Curious about GSPie? Come to a meeting.

You don’t need to volunteer or have a role to attend. Meetings are open to all GSPie families and you are welcome to come whenever it works for you.
